TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WDMI offers the following marketing conditions:

Orders
All orders must be made in writing and addressed to the sales department, via email. They can also be made by telephone to your Commercial Manager. You can also consult our website www.wdmi.pt, in the Reseller Area, with the possibility of placing your order online in case you subscribe to this service. If you want the order to be delivered in its entirety, indicate it, otherwise we will proceed with its delivery according to the availability of the products. You should also mention if you want to pick up the goods included in the order, otherwise, it will be shipped by carrier, under the conditions described below. Opening hours: 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Prices
The sales prices to the reseller and payment terms are set out in the price list that is in force at all times. The prices in the hardware products market are constantly changing, the prices to be applied will always be those that are in force on the date of the invoice of the goods, regardless of the date of the order.

Payment
The goods will only be delivered upon payment, by check or cash, according to the conditions agreed and expressed in the invoice. In the case of new customers, the first order will always be paid by bank transfer or cash (if the order goes by carrier). Customers who have not made purchases for more than 6 months will be considered as a new customer. Regardless of whether or not there is a credit agreement, orders under € 150 + vat will be paid in cash.

Property reservation
Ownership of products supplied by WDMI, Lda. Will only be transferred to the customer after the respective price has been paid in full, plus any late payment interest and / or indemnity. If the value corresponding to the supply of the products is paid by bank check, it is understood that its price is only fully paid after the respective check is paid.

Non-compliance
If the customer does not pay the price on the due date, WDMI, Lda. Will be entitled to demand interest on late payments until full payment at the annual rate applied. The Client must also, in case of non-compliance, pay WDMI, Lda. The expenses and charges resulting from the judicial collection of the debt. The payment made by the client that does not arrive to cover what is due, will be charged on account, successively of the expenses with the collection and interest of late payment and, finally, at the price owed.

Transports / Deliveries
Delivery of goods purchased after the invoice has been issued within 24 hours (mainland), if the order is received by 6:30 pm and in the case of components; if they are computers, the delivery date will be agreed between the sales department and the customer. The cost of postage is 7 €, up to 30 kg. For more than 50 kg., Consult the value of postage. In the case of islands, the transport charge will always be at the customer's expense. What to do whenever you receive the goods: count the volumes and check if that number matches the number indicated on the bill of lading; check the good appearance of the goods; in the event of detecting any externally visible damage to the goods, the customer must refuse to receive the volume (s) in question and immediately communicate this fact via e-mail to WDMI, Lda. In the case of RMA, the return will be on behalf of the client and the respective sending will be on behalf of WDMI, Lda.

Returns / Credit Notes
The request for a commercial return must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of the order, using the form "Commercial Return" - and the invoice, duly justified to the commercial department that will give authorization, or not, within the maximum period of 48 hours after receipt. In case of authorization, the customer must send to our technical services the respective merchandise accompanied by the authorization of the "Commercial Return" and in its original condition (packaging, manuals, cables, etc.), and then the Credit Note / Note will be issued. Debit if justified.

Warranty
All items supplied by WDMI, Lda. That have not been assembled by it, enjoy the warranty granted by the manufacturers of the respective products. All products that are within the warranty are accepted, as long as they are duly accompanied by the invoice. The Customer who detects any damage or defect of the product must, before proceeding to its resale, complete the respective online RMA form and send it to the technical services. The exchange is made immediately, or at the most in 15 working days, if it was acquired less than a year ago (except for a stock break), immediately after the failure is confirmed by the technical services and provided that the product is complete (packaging, cables, manuals, etc.)

In the event of a stock break and based on the current table, it may be proposed to exchange for another similar product upon payment of the differential value. If none of these are feasible, the product will be sent to the manufacturer. In this case, the repair / replacement period will be the responsibility of the manufacturer. Products that benefit from a longer warranty period (given by the manufacturer), will be repaired and exchanged for this, at no cost to the customer. The repair period will be given by the manufacturer, plus transport time (round trip) and the necessary administrative processing.

General conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale are regularly sent to all customers and are still available for consultation on its website.

I.V.A. is added to all referenced amounts at the legal rate in force.
