TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

Delivery of goods purchased after the invoice has been issued within 24 hours (mainland), if the order is received by 6:30 pm. The delivery date will be defined by mutual agreement between the commercial department and the customer. The cost of postage is 7 €, up to 30 kg. For more than 50 kg., Check the value of postage with the commercial.
In the case of islands, the transport charge will always be at the customer's expense.
 
What to do whenever you receive the goods: Count the volumes, check that this number coincides with the number indicated on the transportation guide, check the outer condition of the packages and in the event of detecting any externally visible damage, the customer must refuse to receive the volume (s) in question and immediately communicate this fact, via e-mail, to WDMI, Lda, documenting the incidence with photographs of the packaging and the products contained therein.
In the case of RMA, the return will be at the customer's expense and the respective shipment will be at the expense of WDMI, Lda.
 
RETURNS AND CREDIT NOTES

The request for a commercial return must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of the order, using the form "Commercial Return" (indicating the serial number of the equipment or the invoice number, duly justified to the commercial department that will give authorization, or not, within 48 hours of receipt.
In case of authorization, the customer must send to our technical services the respective merchandise accompanied by the authorization of the "Commercial Return" and in its original condition (packaging, manuals, cables, etc.), and then the Credit Note will be issued if so justify itself.
