WDMI Distribuição de Material Informático, Unipessoal Lda, is a company, formed in the form of a commercial company with quotas, and hereinafter referred to as wDMI, which is dedicated to the wholesale trade of computers, peripheral equipment and software.

Bearing in mind the proportionality and appropriateness imposed by the ability to allocate resources and technical means at its fingertips, wDMI is deeply and genuinely committed and committed to protecting its customers and employees, whether regular or occasional, as well as the users of our various supports and platforms, physical or digital, mainly paper dossiers, digital files and / or websites in use or to be implemented, with regard to your privacy and the treatment and circulation of your personal data.

XII - Measures we have adopted with a view to the security of your personal data:

WDMI observes the best practices, for which it adopts the technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, in the field of security and protection of personal data, having approved and implemented a demanding plan of compliance with the objectives, the Law and the interest holders of personal data, able to protect the data provided to us by all those who in any way relate to us, in order to protect them against their dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access , as well as, against any other form of illicit treatment.

Thus, the form (s) for the collection of personal digital or paper data, whether filled out in the physical facilities of wDMI or on the website, (which require encrypted browser sessions) are stored securely in our physical repositories and digital systems.

All personal data that you give us about yourself, can be found in a Datacenter of wDMI itself, or of a subcontractor, covered by all the advanced physical and logistical security measures, which we believe are essential for the protection of your personal data.

Despite these security measures, we warn everyone who surfs the Internet that they must adopt additional security measures, namely, to ensure that they use an updated PC and Browser in terms of properly configured security patches, with active firewall, antivirus and anti-spyware. and, make sure the authenticity of the sites you visit on the internet, avoiding websites whose reputation you do not trust.

Whenever, in the legitimate and lawful pursuit of the objectives of wDMI's activity, it adopts monitoring measures for its employees, especially with regard to access control, working hours, tasks and productivity, circulation and transport, not only the target parties will have prior knowledge of the respective implementation - being, whenever legally necessary and lawful, requested the respective consent - as the tools for the purpose used will ensure the same level of security of the personal data collected and processed by them.
